Startup of the shaving and drawing machines in Russia

Компания Kieselstein International GmbH completed the startup of the machinery for drawing and shaving of special wires for the customer in Moscow.

The number of special machines with vertical axis capstans with exclusive special design for production of wires in smaller series in the range of wire sizes from 9,0 mm to 1,00,,

The machines allow preliminary wire shaving with centering at the inlet, stepless speed adjustment, operation with dry and wet lubricants, removal of ready coils with electric crane or manually.

The scope of delivery includes set of auxillary machines for buttwelding, pointing, lubricant preparation and supply.
